WINDMILL’s high-performance DFB series products help laser sensing enter a new stage

With the increasing application of laser sensing technologies such as laser wind measurement, laser ranging, and FMCW lidar, high-quality light sources play an increasingly important role in the entire sensing system. The WINDMILL 1550nm narrow-linewidth, high-power DFB series offers device power ranges from 20mW to 120mW and linewidths from 50kHz to 200kHz, meeting the needs of diverse application scenarios. We offer a variety of light source solutions for customers with varying performance and cost requirements, and we also provide custom development services based on customer requirements.

They utilize special protective designs, optical glue curing processes, and solder sealing processes, combined with advanced thermal management. They undergo rigorous reliability testing and can withstand operating temperatures from -20°C to +70°C, including cold start capability at -40°C. Our packaging production line is IATF16949 certified and ready for mass production.

It plays an irreplaceable role in scenarios such as meteorological disaster prevention and mitigation, three-dimensional environmental monitoring, smart wind power operation and maintenance, aviation safety, and low-altitude economic security.
